臘味芋頭糕【綿甜香糯 / 少油】Taro Cake
自從開始寫博客後,肥丁的全職主婦生活過得十分踏實,搜尋食材,試驗新食譜,感謝大家一直以來的支持,轉眼肥丁手工坊即將渡過第二個農曆新年了,肥丁也開始為新歲作準備。巿售的芋頭糕,不是調味料放太多,就是芋頭煮太糊。自己做的實在好吃多了,口感细軟,綿甜香糯,向來不甚喜歡芋頭糕的肥丁也一口氣吃了數塊。
