熊貓先生從大澳買來著名的淡蝦醬,蝦醬的風味有如嗅豆腐,喜歡的人視為珍品,不接受的人敬而遠之,肥丁算是後者。不過既然買來了,淺嚐無妨。一試之下,發現這淡蝦醬果然名不虛傳,鹹香的蝦味恰到好處,將梅頭瘦肉切肉片,加入蝦醬醃一會兒,又是一道下飯的速成小菜。肥丁口味清淡,食譜加入了翠玉瓜和豬肉一起蒸,蝦醬滲透到瓜肉中,鮮鹹中見清淡,大家可以搭配時令的蔬菜,或加入海鮮如魷魚一起蒸,味道也很讚的啊 ﹗
