   點這裡免費訂閱肥丁 YouTube 頻道 https://goo.gl/rBq3rJ 肥丁家附近有一家連鎖壽司店,將鮭魚(三文魚)刺身和壽司用剩的「頭頭尾尾」部份,集合成盒裝出售,價錢比整塊的刺身便宜很多。外表雖然不漂亮,論營養價值和味道,和一大大塊的魚扒其實沒有分別。絞碎後做成鮭魚(三文魚)堡,日式調味料讓魚堡的味道更富層次感,亮點是加入非油炸的薄脆餅乾和蛋液,使魚堡外脆內軟,可煎可烤,15 分鐘時間即可上菜。做多一點放入冰箱儲存,隨時拿出來翻熱,肥丁做的南瓜貝果三文治,配上苜蓿芽,牛油果,青瓜片,法式蜜糖芥末醬,早餐,Brunch,便當,超級百搭。
