Herb Roasted Nuts

Instead of buying a whole load of expensive packets of roasted salted nuts, make your own!

Ingredients

  • 250 g Mixed Raw Nuts ( Almond、Cashew、Peanut、Macadamia、Pecan)
  • 2 tbsp Coarsely Chopped Fresh Herbs
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Preparation 

1. Shred herbs ( Rosemary, mint, oregano, sage )

2. Remove shells from Macadamia and rinse. Preheat oven to 180°C

3. Toss all nuts, shredded herbs, maple syrup in a bowl with paprika, melt butter and some salt. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

4. Put on a baking sheet and roast, shaking occasionally, until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Cool before serving; they will crisp as they cool.

  1. 肥丁,我想請教您因為今日係蛋糕鋪頭買左杏仁同合桃,因為想試炒脆杏仁合桃來整熊仔抱杏仁,試炒幾粒呢食落去係林左,不過就冇油耗味,有冇辦法點樣焗脆D杏仁(做原味杏仁),焗之前要唔浸水先定係點嫁,拜託您啦,多謝……

    1. 想焗脆就不用泡水了
      烤的時候注意火喉,不用太高溫 100C 多一點就可以
      烤的時間視乎杏仁本身受潮的程度
      先烤 15 分鐘,不夠再補,烤好放涼才會脆
