可製作 150 ~ 200 g 的爆米花

素食堅果醬  Vegan Caramel (甜)

做法

  1. 堅果醬、椰子油、楓糖漿、岩鹽及香草精加入小鍋中,小火加熱,慢慢把濃稠的材料攪拌變軟,充份混合
  2. 攪拌均勻至醬料不黏鍋底,離火
  3. 把爆好的爆米花加入到堅果醬中,讓爆米花均勻沾上堅果醬
